A boutique floral-themed café specializing in coffee and tea. Our concept is inspired by a quaint, vintage Parisian café, with the ambition of creating the most charming tea shop outside of the Austin area. Our curated menu will emphasize healthier options, including non caffinated herbal teas, mushroom-infused espresso, matcha lattes with oat milk cold foam, and bubble tea featuring pink tapioca pearls naturally colored with beet juice and sweetened with agave nectar. We will also offer traditional bubble tea beverages. Complementing our drinks, we will provide a selection of snacks such as Croffles, Homemade Sweet Hawaiian style kolaches and miniature versions of popular Vietnamese street foods, including mini Banh Mi and Sticky rice bowls.
